Beacon Development Group and HumanGood, in partnership with Greater Christ Temple Church, is excited to announce the closing on Hope Heights, a new affordable housing community in Tacoma, WA.
Hope Heights will provide 63 affordable apartments for adults 55 and older making 30% and 50% of the area median income. The four-story building includes office space for property management and supportive service team members in addition to several amenity spaces including a community room, fitness room, computer room, library, coffee bar, outdoor patio, and roof deck. Additionally, there will be 23 parking spaces for residents and team members.
Construction is underway and is expected to be completed early 2027. Beacon Development Group will be the developer on this budding community.
