Architecture & Design Awards for affordable housing communities.
Communities around the world submitted new construction and renovated projects for an award across 16 categories such as Active Adult, Assisted Living, Continuing Care Retirement Community / Life Plan Community, and Skilled Nursing to name a few.
Opened in 2024, this partnership community between HumanGood Affordable Housing and Sunnyvale Life, Inc. provides 81 one-bedroom apartment units to low-income seniors 62+ and with disabilities. You can check out more about Morgan Hill Senior Housing here.
