Walton Place One is the first phase of a two-phase project constructed on the site of a former commercial/industrial building. Located just one block from the Bellingham Transit Center, residents of Walton Place One have convenient access to public transportation linking the building to a variety of downtown amenities, employment opportunities, services, and shopping. Ten apartments provide permanent housing for formerly homeless families, ten are set-aside for the disabled, and another ten are set-aside for large families. As a transit oriented development, Walton Place One makes it easy and convenient for families to live affordably in downtown Bellingham.
