The Maddux North will be 5 floors of wood frame construction over two levels of parking with approximately 42 stalls. There will be 3 commercial / retail spaces in the building totaling 3145 square feet. On the street level, there will be a residential lobby, community room, and manager’s office. There will be a mix of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom apartments. Each residential floor will incorporate a common laundry room and a resident lounge. There will be a roof top terrace amenity space.
The Maddux South will be constructed of 4 floors of wood frame over one level of concrete. There will be approximately 3500 square feet of commercial / retail space fronting along MLK. The vestibule, lobby, and community room will front along the McClellan Street side. The building will contain a mix of studios and one bedrooms. There will be a common laundry room on each residential floor and a roof top terrace amenity space.
