The Rosehaven Cottages are a community of modest homes arranged along a winding drive. Each cottage is unique but compatible with the others in its design. The project consists of twelve duplexes and one single-family home that provide fully accessible and affordable apartments for the elderly of Walla Walla County. Five apartments are set-aside for disabled residents and three are set-aside for the homeless.
