Olive Plaza apartments is a 12-story single apartment building serving low-income seniors 62 years of age or older. The entire project will undergo an extensive renovation which will includes a complete interior and exterior rehabilitation of all residential apartments, all corridors, and common spaces. Other project improvements include all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system upgrades, new windows, exterior cladding and new roof top terrace.
