Evergreen Vista II is a mix of town-homes and flats across three buildings with well-rounded services provided on-site by Mercy Services Corporation in partnership with Behavioral Health Resources and A Safe Place, both local non-profit organizations serving the mentally ill and victims of domestic violence. Ten of the apartments are set-aside for disabled tenants, ten are set-aside for large families and ten are set-aside for formerly homeless households. An on-site childcare center provides childcare services for both residents and the surrounding community. Section 8 vouchers are provided by the Thurston County Housing Authority.
