The Mount Baker Village Apartments is an existing development located in Southeast Seattle. The project will preserve existing affordable housing and create new units within a half mile of the Mt. Baker Link Light Rail Station, providing residents easy access to transit and employment. MBV is configured as eight buildings: four of these buildings will be renovated, three will be renovated and expanded with a “bump out” addition to accommodate additional units, and a new building will be built adjacent to the existing property.
